Student Camps

Titan Diesel Camps and Precision Camps are open to any student entering 9^th through 12^th grade with a legal guardian's permission unless otherwise noted.

We also offer a career exploration program, EDGE, for 11^th and 12^th graders, as well as those who have attained a GED. This is a 12-week paid program in which students are asked to spend at least 4 hours per week at their dealership location.

To provide students with the best learning experience, each camp will be limited to 20-35 students, depending on the camp. Once the camp slots are filled, students' names will be added to a waitlist, and families will be notified if there are changes in registration that allow them to join.

All Diesel and Precision Camps will be led by top Diesel and Precision Technology instructors, industry experts, and current student service technicians. Campers will learn from the best and walk away with connections in the heavy equipment industry.

Yes. A $50/day, non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of registration for each camper. You can also indicate if you need financial assistance. Costs will cover all food, activities, and housing (if applicable) during the day and at night.

Yes! The campus dining service will provide meals and snacks for campers staying on-site. This includes breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner. Cost of meals is included in the camp fee. Please note any dietary restrictions on your registration form.

We have two types of multi-day camps, overnight and commuter-styled.

Overnight camps will offer housing in the campus residence halls and will be managed in collaboration with the hosting campus. More information will be sent after the registration period.

Commuter-styled camps will require daily drop-offs and pick-ups.

We will provide each camper with custom apparel for the camp and appropriate safety gear for inside the dealerships!

Most importantly, for safe learning, campers must wear closed-toed shoes or boots and full-length pants during their camp experience.

Titan Machinery understands that learning about heavy equipment can involve safety risks, such as loud noises and chemical and mechanical concerns. In conjunction with the hosting educational partner, we will provide campers with a safe environment to learn in, and trained experts will always supervise every camper.

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. However, due to the nature of our programs and the planning involved, we can only offer refunds in specific situations.

Refunds will be considered only for the following reasons:

1. Medical Emergencies: If a participant is unable to attend the camp due to a serious medical condition or emergency, we will review the request for a refund.
2. Family Emergencies: If a participant faces an unexpected family emergency that prevents attendance, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
3. Camp Cancellation: If a camp is cancelled for any reason all participants will be refunded.
