CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2023 has come and gone, but here at Titan Machinery, you can still find us talking about what was showcased in Las Vegas at the Case Construction booth. Now, Titan Machinery stores like the one in La Crosse, Wisconsin are looking
forward to sharing the same level of excitement with its customers at their Summer Open House on June 30th from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM. This event will introduce customers to the "New CASE Construction" and give them the
opportunity for hands-on demonstrations featuring the all-new E-series excavator and SV-series backhoes, while enjoying free lunch and the chance to score on cool door prize giveaways!
So, what is this "New CASE Construction?"
CASE Construction has a 180-year+ history in manufacturing innovative and productive equipment, and over that time the mission of the company has evolved to recognize that innovation alone is not enough to support and improve equipment users’ productivity.
CASE made a commitment during ConExpo that "you’ll see the difference" in the ways their dealer network, their equipment, and their team work together to make contractors’ and business owners’ jobs easier and more productive.
"We are focused on delivering swift, smooth and smart machines with an operator-first focus and industry leading hip-pocket support from field staff and dealers all throughout North America," shares Brad Stemper, Director of Product Management
for North America, CASE Construction Equipment.
A result of this renewed commitment to bringing an operator-first attitude to the market can be be seen in the introduction of 30 new machines from CASE Construction in the last year, some of which will be present and on display at Titan Machinery – LaCrosse’s Open House. Additionally, CASE has invested recently in a large variety of new attachments and technology, and sponsored educational sessions centered around construction site best practices during CONEXPO itself earlier this year. Attendees to ConExpo,
such as La Crosse General Manager, Ryan Kennedy, were then equipped to take what they had gained to provide those same learning opportunities to their fellow employees and customers.
As Titan Machinery now works together to make their event one for the books, we asked Kennedy what has stood out the most about the "New CASE Construction," as well as what’s got him most excited about the new models in CASE's current product line-up:
After receiving our first 580SV backhoe it was obvious that CASE had made several great changes compared to the 580N. The machine itself is much larger, interior space has been increased, visibility is much better, and the price point is aggressive. The side shift that will be coming soon on both the 580SV and 695SV will give operators the ability to adjust the work area without moving the machine. I think that a lot of our customers are excited about the powerful 695SV, and that it has the horsepower and digging force to really tackle larger jobs! The 575N EP has been getting attention due to the smaller size which will make it more maneuverable, efficient and cost effective, not to mention that it will not require DEF. I feel that the new backhoe line up will be a game changer for both Case and the backhoe world!
As far as the E series excavators, the sizes are more comparable to what our customers are looking for with an aggressive mid-size CX190E coming in at 41K pounds operating weight, which will be a very high demand sized excavator. I’m excited to get this machine in! I hope I get the opportunity to operate it before one of my team members sells it! The machine that really catches my eye is the all-new short radius CX365E SR. An excavator in the 80k operating weight range with a short radius body will give operators the size and power they need in a more confined space, another game changer for Case in my eyes! The in-cab feature changes will also give our customers better ability to make their jobs easier by pre-setting functions to save tons of operating time.
I am excited to see where the "New CASE Construction" will take us!
