Service Technician Sponsorship

Titan Machinery relies on talented, customer-focused and hardworking service technicians. Our Service Technician Sponsorship program allows selected students who are beginning or who are currently pursuing a two-year Associate of Applied Science Diesel degree to join one of our service teams. The sponsorship program provides professional, technical and financial support for early career diesel mechanics.

Program Details

• Tuition: Sponsored diesel mechanic students will receive a FULL academic ride. The assistance will be used to help fund tuition, fees, books/supplies and will be sent directly to the school to be applied to the student’s account.
• Tools: Sponsored students will receive all tools and toolboxes per their technical program requirements where they are enrolled.
• Uniforms: Sponsored students will be provided with Titan Machinery approved uniforms.
• Employment: Students will gain part-time employment when sponsored. They have the ability to work side-by-side our factory-trained service experts throughout their schooling. Following successful completion of their diesel program and on-the-job training, there will be the opportunity for full-time employment as a Diesel Mechanic. 

Application Dates and Deadlines

• Titan Machinery Sponsorship Application:
  • Students should submit an application associated with the beginning of their diesel program OR the next semester they wish sponsorship contributions to begin.
    • Example: A student is beginning their diesel program in August, so they will submit a Fall application.
  • Priority Application Consideration: Titan Machinery ensures that when signing a student technician at a dealership location there is opportunity for mentorship, on-the-job mechanical training and long-term success. It is recommended that students apply prior to March 1st (Fall start) or December 1st (Spring start) to increase likelihood of being signed at their preferred dealership location(s).
  • Titan Machinery continues to review applications year-round and sign students as dealership interest and availability allow.
